• Press release to announce the invention of an intensity modulator on a silicon-on-insulator substrate (March 2002). Article published in the major national papers (Le Temps, Neue Zürcher Zeitung, 24 Heures, Sudöstschweiz). Interview at the Swiss national radio and video clip broadcast by EPFL.

• Report in Nature (News & Views) about the recent publication in Optics Express about the first control of the signal velocity in an optical fibre (February 2005).
